My Gift for you today are three of my favorite Holiday recipes!
These three recipes are the favorites of my kids and being
I don't have my recipe book with me I'm writing them down by
way of my memory so if you have any questions please don't hesitate
to get a hold of me and ask whatever you're not sure about.
*Cheese Nip Broccoli Casserole*
Ingredients
Enough broccoli to fill a 9x13 baking pan
1 can of Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Par boil the broccoli and then drain -
Be very careful to not over-cook!
Put cut broccoli in 9x13 baking pan
Mix cream of celery soup, mayo and shredded cheese
together in medium bowl.
Use spatula and spread over the entire top of the broccoli.
Then cover with crushed Cheese Nips.
*I discovered the Better Cheddar crackers were more to my liking
but you can use any kind of crackers you want!
Bake in 350 oven for 30 to 45 minutes
*Cranberry-Raspberry Jello*
Ingredients
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry Jello
2 Cups boiling water
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 Cup cold water
Cool Whip
Cool Whip
Instructions
Dissolve Jello in bowl with 2 cups boiling water.
Mix in cranberry sauce, stirring until well blended.
Add 1 cup cold water. Pour into 9x13 pan
Let chill at least 3 hours.
When ready top with Cool Whip and chill a bit longer.
Cut into squares and serve.

Ingredients
Whatever amount or kind of potatoes
you'd normally use to make a batch of mashed potatoes.
1/2 Cube of Butter
8 Ounce Package of Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
6 or 8 Strips Bacon, Fried and Crumbled
Garlic Powder
Instructions
Boil potatoes until done and drain.
Add cream cheese, sour cream and cheddar cheese.
Mix well with a hand mixer - it will be quite thick.
Butter casserole dish and add potato mixture.
Melt butter and pour over top of potatoes.
Add Crumbled Bacon evenly over the mixture.
Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan Cheese.
Sprinkle evenly with Garlic Powder.
*Optional - Sprinkle top with Diced Chives or Green Onions
Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
Top should be golden.

The potatoes are VERY HOT when coming out of the oven!!
