Just like the other students from our exchanges
I placed Greta and Zaine in a 9 room dorm.
Their dorm is at Sim State.
And here are their dorm mates.
Yep, Girl's First!
I know that you all know Amy.
I've put her through college around 3 times.
The first Love Match she had with a Sim in my
game was with David Ottomas.
They were very happy together and I played
them long after they graduated college.
Amy is a Leo and a Knowledge Sim.
She's a Psychology Major and her LTW is SCIA
My first time playing Ellen.
She's fun!
She is an Aries and a Knowledge Sim.
She is majoring in History and her LTW is to be The Law
Misty is a new Sim to you
but you know her little sister, Melanie, very well.
I added all of our Simselves to this hood
and we all have either a big brother or a big sister.
Misty is Melanie's!
She's a Leo and a Knowledge Sim.
Her major is Drama and her LTW is to be Mayor.

Arlo is an Aquarius and a Knowledge Sim.
He's a Philosophy Major and his LTW is to be a Media Magnate
Joshua is a Leo and a Knowledge Sim.
He is majoring in Biology and his LTW is to a Captain Hero.
Laramie is a Cancer and a Family Sim.
He's a Drama Major and his LTW is to Put 3 Kids Thru College
Laramie is also Misty's boyfriend!
Now you're probably wondering why Ellen Frost
is in this dorm and Phineaus Furley and Chaz Whippler aren't.
Well, they were in the beginning but it was just too many
blond guys in the dorm for me -
and Phineaus and Zaine look so similar it really bothered me.
So I moved them out and moved in Arlo and Joshua.
But not to worry -
Phineaus and Chaz will be placed in another dorm soon!
Greta and Zaine are VERY attracted to each other
but they haven't fallen in love yet.
They haven't been dorm mates long
so it's just a matter of time.
Most of the student's time is spent working
on their skill points and getting to know each other.
Laramie's Dad is a Sim you all know well - Skip Broke.
(But I gave him a different last name
as he won't have any connection with Brandi in this hood).
I've never had a college student roll so many wants
to call one of their parents, (and invite over), as Laramie does.
They had a very close relationship before he went to college
and I guess he's having some separation anxiety.
Misty serves as a good distraction for Laramie.
He has a tendency to brood a bit and not want to leave the dorm
except to go to classes but Misty gets him out in the fresh air and that helps.
I know this is an update about Greta and Zaine
but being those two are taking it (very) slow in getting to know
one another, I'd like to take the time to share some info
about Misty and Laramie.
They met as teens.
Misty was outside raking leaves
and Laramie just happened to walk by their house.
It was love at first sight!
If Misty wasn't on the phone talking to Laramie
then she was talking to her mom and little sister, Melanie,
about him - here they are discussing the art of "kissing".
When Misty and Melanie's mom, Petula,
got married, Misty invited Laramie to the wedding.
It was at the wedding the two of them had
their official "First Kiss".
After that they decided to make out on the couch
for the rest of evening -
which that might have had something to do with
her mother's wedding ending as "Roof Raiser".
Everyone had a super good time!
And the kissing continued on the college campus!
But there's no more making out on the couch,..
Now they head straight to the hot tub!!!
Misty and Laramie are the only couple in love
in the dorm and have the hot tub all to themselves.
But that will be changing soon
as their dorm mates, especially Greta and Zaine,
get to know each other more.
Feel pretty certain that Misty and Laramie
with be competing with Greta and Zaine for the hot tub soon!

It was obvious to all of their dorm mates
that Greta and Zaine were crazy about each other.
But both were so shy
they couldn't bring themselves to do much more
than hang out and play darts during all their spare time.
Not to mention continually farting hearts over each other.
Eventually Zaine got up the nerve to ask Greta on a date.
She was quick to accept!
I had them go to Rodney's Hangout.
It's always been a fun and friendly place for my Sims.
Greta and Zaine didn't seem to care where they were.
They were just happy to be together.
Zaine gets in the mood for some Lobster Thermidor
while checking out an invisible menu.
Obviously they had more than a lobster dinner on their minds.
One of my Mystery Sims checking out the waitress.
Julien Cooke's mom, Rolleen, was there -
she just had twins so guess she needed a break from it all.
And Melanie's step-dad, Dexter Caliente was there too.
No sign of Melanie's mother though,..
And Daniel showed up -
but this is my file of Daniel that I added to the hood.
His name is Daniel Present.
And that's why he was oblivious to Mary Sue being there as well.
Everything was going really well on Greta and Zaines date.
But then,..well,..
No doubt you can guess what's about to happen next.
Zaine was served his dinner salad.
But he didn't let it bother him.
Not with so much flirting going on around them.
I was taken back a bit watching Rolleen Cooke -
a very HAPPILY MARRIED mother to four,
farting hearts over Daniel for so long.
And Daniel is also in a relationship -
he's engaged to Dina Caliente and they're expecting a nooboo.
Very relieved it didn't go beyond the heart farts.
Dinner arrived -
and nothing landed on their heads so they were happy.
They had a lot of fun together.
And they had fun watching the antics taking place around them.
Apparently Mary Sue had a bone to pick with one of the Vampires.
Not sure what it was all about but things didn't end well.
Yep, only Mary Sue Pleasant would have the ability
to bully the town's resident Vampires and make them cry like babies.
Zaine really wanted to shoot some pool after they ate.
But Greta had something else in mind.
And so it happened.
Greta and Zaine fell in love.
My plan was to have them leave Rodney's
and go over to the Lucky Shack to enjoy some karaoke
but time was running short on their date and they had something
else on their mind that they REALLY wanted to do.
Yep - Woohoo was the only thing that interested them.
They both rolled wants to have a Dream Date.
And that's what they got!
They're both also rolling wants to get engaged
and they will, but not until they're in their Junior year.
Which will be very soon.
I'll update more on Greta and Zaine
as things happen with them and the rest
of their dorm mates.
