*Deja Vu In Pleasantview*

Just-A-Note

This isn't one of my most dedicated Sim endeavors.

I mainly got into it for the "Entertainment Value" and editing pix isn't a priority.

Sorry for the not-so-great quality of the snapshots.

But Anyhoo,..

We've all done it -

some more than most, but at some point in time

we all reset our Pleasantview hood.

And that's exactly what I did recently - 

to take a peek at Pleasantview's most distinguished residents,
Keep movin along,...

*Goth*

We all know that when we enter the Goth lot for the first time

Cassandra Goth and Don Lothario are dangerously
 close to tying the knot of matrimony underneath the wedding arch.

Well,... when it comes to MY hood it's nothing more than
careless wishful thinking on Cassandra's part

and unfortunately, (for her),
she's destined to being left at the alter with nothing more
 than a pile of dashed dreams and a broken heart.

It all started out innocently enough though,...

Don showed up to join the Goth's for a home cooked meal
of beer battered cod-fish and pineapple coleslaw
 followed with a lively game of slap and tickle with Cassandra
up on the third floor of the mansion.

It was their usual Monday night date.

Now, Don Lothario might not be the sharpest tool in the shed

but it didn't take him long to ferret out the truth.

When Don found out about Cassandra's scheme to marry him

he was NOT a Happy Camper!

(Especially the part about no cod-fish or coleslaw for dinner)

And he let Cassandra know exactly how he felt about her 

AND her sneaky little plan to trick him into being her husband.

He didn't hold back at all and really let her have it!

As much as she tried, Cassandra wasn't able to back peddle quick enough
in order to convince Don it was all just a terrible misunderstanding.

Don refused to listen to any of her lame excuses.

And he broke up with Cassandra right then and there under the wedding arch!

(Although attempting to toss her off her own property was a bit awkward)

Cassandra was devastated, (to say the least)!

And so it ended.

Cassandra lost out on being Mrs. Don Lothario

and living the rest of her life with the Sim of her dreams.

But not all was lost on that fateful day -

for Mr. Don Lothario,...

All's well that end's well.

Cassandra was a shattered mess and in tears all night.

All she could think about was losing Don.

Cassandra truly believed her plan to trick him into marriage would work.

She never dreamed Don was bright enough to figure it all out -

at least not until it was too late. 

Her plan was to tell Don that the wedding arch was a nothing more 

than a fancy new trellis for her rose garden. 

After all, that's what Mortimer thought,...

And yes, that' Morti.

He was aged down to an adult earlier that morning

so his mind was still making all the necessary adjustments. 

He wasn't paying much attention to what Cassandra was up to.

Think he might have been looking for Bella

 or hunting for bugs when this shot was taken,...

The pain and disappointment of being jilted at the alter

proved to be too much for Cassandra.

Late that night something snapped inside her broken heart.

She grabbed a pair of scissors, cut off most of her hair, 

dug out her old dark framed glasses,

 (the ones she was always teased for wearing back when she was in high school)

 and dressed herself in military clothes.

If she couldn't be married to Don Lothario - FINE!

The war was ON!

She was so bitter about the break up she quit her job in the Science Biz

and changed her LTW to be a Criminal Mastermind!

First job she landed was as a Bank Robber.

She loved it!

Getting her revenge was all Cassandra could think about.

No matter where she went and no matter what she was doing -

her mind was always consumed with dishing up a BIG serving of cold,

 nasty-tasting, bitter revenge on the evil man that broke her heart!

She pushed herself hard - 

working out night and day to prepare.

Even the dogs in the neighborhood cowered in mortal fear

 and took off running when they saw her coming!

And that's just the beginning of what's happening in the Goth Family,
